Carter Validus, a real estate investment trust focused on medical properties, has purchased a 21,500-square-foot building at 1601 W. Hebron Parkway in Carrollton. The two-story asset is 100 percent leased by USMD Carrollton Clinic and Platinum Dermatology Partners. Justin Keane and Nathan England with Wynmark Commercial brokered the sale on behalf of the unnamed seller.
