Firewheel Dental Specialty Center houses four specialties at one location; Orthodontics, Oral & Facial Surgery, Endodontics, and Periodontal. Wynmark was honored to develop this 17,400 square foot building expanding the clients’ locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We managed everything from city permits and brick selection to inspection periods and closing deadlines. A key aspect was ensuring easy visibility from President George Bush Turnpike.
