Rayzor Ranch MOB is a 3-phase project consisting of 50,000 total square feet. Wynmark completed all the leasing, management and investment sale of the buildings. XS Construction was the general contractor. Tenants include Dallas Associated Dermatology, Solis Mammography and Texas Health Resources.
