Wynmark did a JV with XS Construction and BBD on a 5 acre development in Celina across from Prosper High School on Frontier Parkway. We developed 2 retail centers, 1 office condo building and did a BTS for Amazing Explorers. This project was 100% leased and sold upon completion with a strong mix of retail and medical tenants.
