Parkwood Heights is a 60,000 SF 4-story office building in the heart of Plano’s business district on Parkwood and SH 121. Wynmark, XS Construction and BBD did a joint venture to develop this new project for Republic Finance to relocate their corporate headquarters. Mohr Partners represented the Buyer.
