• Medical Village Flower Mound

    Wynmark was tremendously hands on with the Medical Village Flower Mound project. With key site selection near THR Flower Mound Hospital sits the 35,000 square foot medical office complex. We partnered with OrthoTexas Physicians to finance the venture. After finalizing building plans, working with OrthoTexas on development and financial analysis, Wynmark completed the leasing on the project seeking tenants who would add value to the building.

  • 121 Centre

    In a rapidly growing intersection, 121 Centre is strategically positioned for success. This 21,990 square foot two-story building is at the intersection of SH-121 and Hebron Parkway. Wynmark began the project with site analysis and selection and continued through to marketing and leasing the exquisite building. Within two weeks of breaking ground on construction 121 Centre was 100% leased. The two tenants for the building are USMD (17,500 square feet) and Precision Dermatology (4,490 square feet).

  • Mapleplex Centre

    Mapleplex Office Centre is a modern 21,528 square foot structure developed and managed by Wynmark Commercial. It’s clean cut lines and prime location make it impossible to go unnoticed by everyday George Bush Turnpike drivers. Insubuy Insurance headquarters occupies the entire second floor, entrusting Wynmark representatives to vigorously market 9,584 square feet of first floor office space. Even with the inevitable hiccups that occur on projects we completed construction on schedule.
