Medical Village Flower Mound

The Medical Village Flower Mound Phase 1 building is a 17,000 sf single story building.  Tenants include Flower Mound Family Care Center, Cutting Edge Physical Therapy, North Star Diagnostics and Imaging, and OrthoTexas!  This complex was developed and brokered by Mark Pittman and was 100% leased before completion of construction.  We are under construction on Phase 2 which is 18,000 sf and we are 75% pre-leased.  Tenants in Phase 2 include Medical Clinics of North Texas, Dr. Robert Handley, and a Pharmacy.  We still have 4,400 sf available for lease in Phase 2.

McKinney Pediatrics

Valley Ranch Office Park

Valley Ranch Office Park is a 48,000 sf medical/office condo development that was originally developed by SAXA, Inc.  Mark Pittman started representing this project with a balance 20,000 sf in July of 2009 and sold out all the remaining units by August of 2010.  Buyer’s included Dr. Reena Kuba, Dr. Zhang Lei, Royal Imaging, Dr. Satish Goel, and Valley Ranch Master Association. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 7715 Las Colinas Blvd., Irving, TX 75039
