121 Centre


121 Centre is a 21,990 sf, two story building located at the intersection of SH 121 and Hebron Parkway.  It’s location lends itself to tremendous visibility for its Tenants.  Wynmark began the project with site selection and continued through the leasing of the building.  121 Centre was 100% leased within two weeks of ground breaking on construction.  The two tenants for the building are USMD (17,500 sf) and Precision Dermatology (4,490 sf).

DFW Center for Infertility and IVF


DFW Center for Infertility and IVF is a stand alone 9,000 SF IVF Lab and TDSHS licensed ASC.  Wynmark handled site selection, the financial analysis and development of this project.  Contact Mark Pittman if you have any questions.

Medical Village Flower Mound


The Medical Village Flower Mound is a 35,000 sf medical office complex near THR Flower Mound Hospital.  Wynmark handled site selection, financial analysis, project leasing and development for this project, as well as partnering with OrthoTexas to finance the project.  Tenants include Flower Mound Family Care Center, Cutting Edge Physical Therapy, North Star Diagnostics and Imaging, OrthoTexas, Flower Mound Vein Center, USMD, Flower Mound Pharmacy, and Flower Mound Image Guided Surgery.  Upon completion of this project, it was sold on the Capital Market to a Private Equity firm.   For details contact Mark Pittman.

Dermatology Consultants of Frisco


Dr. Rick Weisberg purchased 10,000 sf at the SW Corner of Eldorado Parkway and Legacy Drive in Frisco, TX.  This project was brokered by Mark Pittman.

Legacy Retail Plaza


Legacy Retail Plaza is a 9,950 sf retail style medical building.  The model allows medical users to enjoy the flexibility of retail style visibility and signage.  Wynmark began this project with site selection in late 2012.  The site was a big success as we had the building 100% committed to before construction even began on the building.  The building is now home to Aesthetic General Dentistry, Frazier Family Orthodontics, and Premier Foot and Ankle.

Legacy ER


Legacy ER is a 6,500 sf stand alone Emergency Room.  This project was brokered and developed by Mark Pittman while at Huffman Builders.

A 40,000 sf medical condo complex was 100% sold out before construction.  Completed in 2009, this project was brokered and developed by Mark Pittman while at Huffman Builders.

Mckinney Pediatrics


McKinney Pediatrics decided to relocate and build an 8,000 sf building right across the street from the new Baylor McKinney Hospital.  Mark Pittman was responsible for site selection, development, financing, and construction of their new facility.

Valley Ranch Office Park


Valley Ranch Office Park is a 48,000 sf medical/office condo development that was originally developed by SAXA, Inc.  Mark Pittman started representing this project with a balance 20,000 sf in July of 2009 and sold out all the remaining units by August of 2010.  Buyer’s included Dr. Reena Kuba, Dr. Zhang Lei, Royal Imaging, Dr. Satish Goel, and Valley Ranch Master Association.

Las Collinas Office Park


Las Colinas Office Park is a 60,000 sf medical office development that was developed by Saxa Inc.  Wynmark Commercial handled the brokerage for this site and sold it out in 2010.
