The Medical Village Flower Mound Phase 1 building is a 17,000 sf single story building.  Tenants include Flower Mound Family Care Center, Cutting Edge Physical Therapy, North Star Diagnostics and Imaging, and OrthoTexas!  This complex was developed and brokered by Mark Pittman and was 100% leased before completion of construction.  We are under construction on Phase 2 which is 18,000 sf and we are 75% pre-leased.  Tenants in Phase 2 include Medical Clinics of North Texas, Dr. Robert Handley, and a Pharmacy.  We still have 4,400 sf available for lease in Phase 2.

A 30,500 sf multi story medical condo complex was sold out in 2008 by Wynmark’s team members.

This small medical office condo complex consisted of two 3,500 sf buildings near Medical City of Dallas.  This complex was sold out in 2006 by team members of Wynmark.

1872 N. Lake Forest Drive, McKinney, TX 75070 (McKinney Pediatrics)

Las Colinas Office Park is a 60,000 sf medical office development that was developed by Saxa Inc.  Mark Pittman started representing this project with a balance of 10,000 sf in July of 2009 and sold out all the remaining units by August of 2010.
